Sarah, on day 1, went through all of what we were looking for in a new home(style, home size, lot size, location, etc). She found a broad offering of properties for us to look at from a preview in document form, to then taking us to the properties that we felt best met our needs.We found her communications skills to be excellent. She is easy to talk to, listens to her clients and provides a wealth of information about the area to those who are new to the Metro East area like us.

Sarah was flexible in her availability to visit properties, including multiple visits to some properties, and at the same time she continued to search out other potential properties for us. We found a property that we were interested in, and Sarah took all of the proper steps to communicate with the seller everything that we liked and also provided all of our support for the offer that we submitted. Unfortunately, the seller didn’t agree with our offer, so we moved on and Sarah identified a different property within roughly 24 hours, that met all of our needs. We placed an offer on it, and the house is now ours, and we are very happy with the choice.

Sarah was a complete professional and went above and beyond. We met her through an open house she was hosting and the home didn't fit our needs. She told us to write down what we were looking for on our questionnaire of the home. Within 2 days, she had sent us an email and had homes being sent to us that met our criteria or were close.
